Jakarta Public Service Mall Opens Online Registration to Limit Number of Applicants on the Location

Related to physical distancing regulation, his side only allowed maximum 50 percent of room capacity for face-to-face service.
There are several units in Public Service Mall that can give walk-in service without online registration in accordance with policies taken by Head Agency from related ministries/agency service units but still referring to the available capacity in the service room.
"For driver license (SIM) and vehicle registration certificate (STNK) services at Public Service Mall, applicants don't have to register online. However, they should comply with health protocols on the location," he asserted.
Before going to Jakarta Public Service Mall, his side suggested applicants to learn about the applicable regulations through ptsp.jakarta.go.id.
"We will ensure all personnel and applicants to comply with COVID-19 prevention protocols," he said.
For information, from June 15 to June 26, 2020, Jakarta Public Service Mall has served 5,032 applicants. Most of them accessed Polda Metro Jaya service with total 1,290 applicants.

4. Directorate General of Tax: 29 applicants
5. BPJS Healthcare: 54 applicants
6. BPJS Employment: 35 applicants
7. PT. PLN Persero: 12 applicants
8. Bank DKI limits up to 50 applicants per day
9. PMPTSP Agency for;
- License/non-license service (1st Floor of Public Service Mall): 731 applicants
- Direct consultation (2nd Floor of Public Service Mall): 300 applicants
